摘要:
语义下行说为隐喻解读提供了新视角。本文在介绍和引述语义下行说的基础上,尝试探讨基于对象的隐喻认知研究新范式。根据语义下行说的核心要义,隐喻蕴含一种从语词到对象的转移,该对象承担谓词功能对所涉主体进行限定。这种对象式限定是一种参与语义建构的方式,有望取代概念隐喻、属性共享和相似性等传统范式,为调解不可协商的真值提供切实途径。
Abstract:
The Semantic Descent Account provides a new perspective for metaphor interpretation. On the basis of introducing and quoting the Semantic Descent Account, this paper discusses a new object-based cognitive research paradigm of metaphor. According to the gist meaning of the Semantic Descent Account, metaphor entails a transference from the word to the object which serves as a predicative function to qualify the subject in question. This object-style qualification is a path to participate in semantic construction, which is expected to replace the traditional interpretation paradigms like conceptual metaphor, attribute sharing and similarity, and provide a way to mediate the non-negotiable truth value.
