文章以202名高校外语教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查探究了该群体科研动机的构成要素,并据此分析了其科研动机的基本现状。结果显示:高校外语教师科研动机量表主要由生存动机、发展动机、兴趣动机和服务动机四个维度组成;高校外语教师整体科研动机及四类具体科研动机的得分均值并不高,且一些维度在人口统计学变量上存在显著性差异。
Abstract:
Through a questionnaire survey of 202 teachers, this paper probes into the key elements and the current situation of university EFL teachers’ research motivation. The results are as follows: firstly, university EFL teachers’ research motivation is mainly composed of motivation to survive, motivation to develop, motivation of interest and motivation to serve; secondly, university EFL teachers’ motivation to research is not strong, and some dimensions of university EFT teachers’ research motivation show certain degrees of significant differences in demographic variables.
